The pointy-toe shoe usually comes in the form of a sexy high heel.  When it comes to flats, the last few seasons the ballerina inspired style has been the trend.  Coming next spring designers are bringing back the pointy-toe flat.  You'll find metal-cap toes and other little details making them the next big thing for spring 2013.  You might even find some in stores now to get ahead of the style game.
