Nigel Barker talks Beauty Equation

  Nigel Barker made his most recent stop on his worldwide book tour at Indigo Books in Toronto, Canada.  As Style & Culture arrived 'fashionably on-time' to his book promotion the path was cleared and Nigel Barker graced the crowd with his presence.  His new book, Nigel Barker's Beauty Equation is available in stores now and explores beauty in many realms from the inside out.  With over 20 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry, Barker shares his knowledge and ideas on how to be beautiful and where true beauty comes from.  I've shared some video highlights in this short video below from his talk at Indigo Books in Toronto, Canada.

Have you read the book yet? I'm wondering if it's really good? Is it targeting young girls or women of all ages?

I bought the book last week and started reading it. It's a great simple read. Nigel shares his experiences to teach about building confidence and owning your beauty. The ideas and tips can be used by women of all ages. I would definitely recommend it; and it's inexpensive too.
