At Ghana Fashion & Design Week, this guy looked like he was dressed for a perfect day in the fall. But with the tropical heat of Ghana, it's likely he felt a little warm. Luckily, it was chilled by the rainstorm that passed through that afternoon. I loved the color combination of orange and blue and that's why I just had to snap a shot of him.
