Fashion on a Budget

Shopping thrift has always been cool in the world of fashion. Designer s like Anna Sui, made a huge sensation in the 1990's with her vintage inspired collections. Now with the economy sinking the way it has in the last several months, many people are starting to look at other options for shopping. Vintage, second-hand and discount stores have seen a steady increase in sales as the wealthy start to look for bargains too.

For those who are cash strapped, consignment shops are seeing a big increase in inventory from customers becoming sellers of their merchandise. High end items both new and used are being brought in with the hopes of selling to make a quick buck.
