Thierry Mugler Launches Womanity.com

Thierry Mugler is one of the world's most successful fashion designers. His career
started when he launched his line in 1973. His career peaked during the 1990's when he dressed the likes of Madonna and was featured in the iconic George Michael Video, Freedom. Known for corset bodices, exaggerated shoulders, full hips and cinched waistlines, he has been designing for more than three decades. He has lent his name to fragrances for men and women.

After being featured in New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume exhibit, he captivated the interest of singer Beyonce. He subsequently created the costumes for Beyonce's 'I Am' concert tour and dressed her for some of her music videos.

Mugler's latest venture is the website womanity.com.

Womanity is the invisible bond between women.

Mugler says the site is designed to allow women to have an interactive exchange with each other. With today, Monday March 8th, 2010 being International Women's Day, it's the perfect place to promote the positive interaction between women.
